Overview

Pitzhanger’s Thursday Lates are a recurring programme, happening on the first Thursday of each month, with a variety of evening events as Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery stays open after hours.

Each Thursday Late features a unique theme, with opportunities to join talks and premium programmes led by artists and special guests (separately ticketed). A wide range of activities and workshops are also included in general admission, and all Thursday Lates ticket holders enjoy access to Pitzhanger, all exhibitions, and free drop-in activities throughout the evening.

A discussion between Alison Watt and Pitzhanger’s director Clare Gough, exploring Watt’s artistic practice and her engagement with Sir John Soane’s architectural vision. Ticket costs £12

Darn & Natter with The Ealing Repair Cafe

The Ealing Repair Café teaches people how to repair their clothes using patching or darning techniques rather than discarding them. This initiative is a step towards creating a circular economy for clothes and moving away from fast-disposable fashion. Bring your mending pile and learn repair techniques from Ealing Repair Café volunteers. Try out alterations and mend seams with guidance and tools provided. Sewing machine available for fixing seams and suitable mends.

Join us on the first Thursday of every month as Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery stays open until 8pm, offering an after-hours experience filled with art, history, and culture. Explore contemporary exhibitions and the historic manor at your leisure, take part in engaging workshops and activities, or simply relax with refreshments from our on-site café/bar.

For Ealing Borough residents, Thursday Lates coincide with our Pay-What-You-Can ticketing model, making art and culture accessible to all. Simply log in at checkout to access flexible pricing. Advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your spot.
