Beatrice and Benedick loathe each other (despite a prior love simmering in the past). When their friends step in (attempting to trick them back into love), mistakes, stumbles, and hilarity ensue! Concurrently, Hero and Claudio are newly betrothed, but their wedding is jeopardised by the resentful, meddling Don John, who wants everyone to be as miserable as himself. Encircling them all (and trying to save the day) is the bumbling local police force led by Dogberry and his famously delightful malapropisms. It’s one of Shakespeare’s funniest and wittiest comedies brought to Walpole Park for a summer’s afternoon.

Performed by a cast of 20 students from Drama Studio London, one of the UK’s leading drama schools, based in Ealing. This international cast includes performers from Spain, India, America and New Zealand.

Running Time: Approximately 75 minutes
