Joa Studholme
Colour Curator, Joa Studholme has worked with Farrow & Ball for over 26 years, developing the colour range and consulting on design projects all over the world. Much of Joa’s work involves helping people see how colours work together to create a truly decorated feel and a home they will love. Working with Farrow & Ball paints and papers every day, Joa has a wealth of experience on both residential and commercial projects. She is also prolific public speaker, spreading the word about how colour can transform a room through her popular Colour in the Home talks and books How to Decorate and Recipes for Decorating. Joa is also a crucial part of the creation of new colours. Her passion for design and colour in the home means her own home is under constant renovation.
Joanna Plant
London based interior design studio Joanna Plant, works across residential and commercial projects in the UK and overseas. With her use of antiques, colour and fabric, Joanna’s interiors are meticulously planned, elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere of having been developed effortlessly over many years. Listed by House & Garden magazine in their eponymous list of the Top 100 Designers, Joanna is regularly featured in publications including Architectural Digest, House & Garden, Vogue and World of Interiors.
Hatta Byng
Hatta Byng is the editor of House & Garden magazine. She studied History of Art and Architecture before working in interior design for 3 years. Hatta then spent 2 years at the South African edition of House & Garden before returning to the UK to join their team. She arrived at the magazine as features editor in 2006 and became the deputy editor in October 2013, taking on the role of editor in 2014.
