The days are getting longer and the flowers are starting to blossom – Spring is here! Replenish and recharge for the new season with yoga for the whole family.
Family Yoga sessions are an opportunity for families to bond together through movement, breathing and relaxation to build trust and share quality time together as well as learn new skills. The session will start with some breathing, followed by fun yoga postures, ending with a relaxation or mindfulness activity. This will feel extra special in the setting of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery’s Eating Room, surrounded by its beautiful architecture and welcoming space!
Hazel is a Yoga teacher for children and teenagers, graduated from Yoga Campus. Hazel has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and with her daughter since 2012. She currently teaches a Breakfast Club, children afternoon session and a number of Yoga sessions weekly at a local nursery. You can find more details on her website: https://yogahazel.com/.
Please note:
Join artist and Poetic Pastel Press founder Johanna Tagada Hoffbeck to create pencil drawings, cutouts and paper collages inspired by the transition to Spring as observed in the garden and park of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery.
Johanna will then guide participants step by step and assist them in transforming their artwork into a small publication, also known as a zine. All artworks may be taken home by the participants.
Drop in from 10:30am – 12:30pm in the Education Room.

Open Sundays is our vibrant family programme held every Sunday morning. These sessions offer a variety of drop-in art workshops, with artists and themes changing weekly to provide a fresh and engaging experience each visit. We enhance our lineup on the first Sunday of every month with interactive sessions that might include anything from storytelling performances to yoga sessions for families.
Entry to Open Sundays is included with general admission. Coinciding with our free visiting hours for Ealing residents, families from the London Borough of Ealing can enjoy these activities at no cost upon presenting proof of address. Children outside the borough are also welcome to join for free when accompanied by a paying adult. Join us to explore the manor and its exhibitions while engaging in creative family fun. Advance booking recommended.
