Join us for the first Sunday of each month for special tours, workshops and creative activities inspired by Pitzhanger and our exhibitions, including storytelling and children’s trails.
This month, meet Eliza Soane who will take you on an exciting trail through Pitzhanger Manor. Join her in her hunt for lost thimbles, find out what Sir John Soane might catch in the lake, and guess what’s growing in the Kitchen garden.
The event, led by storyteller Judy Preece will take place all over the house and starts in The Breakfast Room. Children will learn about Soane family and everyday life at Pitzhanger Manor. Sessions start at 11am and 1pm – booking recommended.
Get creative by making your own ‘inchie’ small work of art with Sarah Olive Edwards.
To coincide with the Big Jubilee Lunch in Walpole Park, we will be running Soane’s Big Lunch Tour, a special tour at 3pm exploring the role of food and entertaining at Pitzhanger Manor.
Children’s trails available in the Manor for visitors 5+ including Imagined Spaces, our new Spotters’ Trail, Architect’s Apprentice and Plants at Pitzhanger. Collect a reward from the front desk after completing yours!
