Join us for the first Sunday of each month for special tours, workshops and creative activities inspired by Pitzhanger and our exhibitions, including storytelling and children’s trails.
Bring your breath and body together in an adapted yoga and meditation workshop focusing on the power of breath, exploring a variety of mindful breathing and relaxation techniques synchronised with simple body stretches to increase body energy flow and uplift the beginning of 2023!
Set in the natural and calming aesthetic of Sir John Soane’s Eating Room, this unique free workshop experience with practitioner Sarah Richardson allows time and space to relax, breathe and set a good intention for your New Year ahead.
Open to everyone; all ages and abilities are welcome. Book now to secure a place and put a date in your 2023 diary!
Please note this is a floor-based class, so bring a yoga mat or blanket for additional comfort. Chairs and cushions are available on request.
Artist Lucia Ferguson will lead a drop-in art activity for the whole family in our Education Room throughout the duration of the event.
Children’s trails are available in the Manor for visitors 5+, including Imagined Spaces, our new Spotters’ Trail, Architect’s Apprentice and Plants at Pitzhanger.
