Mini Makers: Move and Flow
Overview
Join us for a playful and calming movement session designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years! Led by Desire Boyneburg, Move and Flow encourages little ones to explore movement, rhythm, and relaxation in a fun and nurturing environment.
These sessions support early development by engaging all the senses through gentle stretches, guided movements, playful interactions, and soothing relaxation exercises. With plenty of opportunities for bonding, this class offers a joyful way for parents and carers to connect with their little ones while supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
Your children will develop coordination, balance, and body awareness while enjoying quality time with you, strengthening your bond through playful movement and relaxation!

Please Note
- This is a 40-minute session. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time.
- When booking, please ensure you select the correct session for your child’s age:
10am: 6 weeks – 12 months old;
11am: 12 months – 5 years old. - You can check the location of the venue here or via your ticket confirmation.
- There is no need to bring any props or mats; all equipment is provided.
- Feel free to bring your own yoga mat or baby blanket/towel if you prefer.
- Baby changing facilities are available on-site.
