We are excited to launch Mini Makers, a new drop-in art programme for children 5 and under and their families! Bring your little ones to the Rickyard at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery to try the new programme absolutely free of charge for the remainder of 2022!

Nurture your child’s artistic spirit with child-led creative projects based on different monthly themes designed by our team of experienced arts professionals. Your children will build their confidence, creativity, and fine motor skills while making a mess that you won’t have to clean up at the end!

It is advisable to wear suitable clothing as Mini Makers sessions can be messy. You may wish to bring a spare change of clothes. Although much care is taken to plan safe and suitable activities for your children to engage and explore independently, please remember that children must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times and must be never left on their own.

Theme

In December, we will explore the changing of the seasons from Autumn to Winter, exploring our environment through world building. All our Mini Makers will get to contribute to a large-scale artwork together, while also doing a range of individual activities that encourage new creative practices and expression while being active with our imaginations in the world around us.

Special Offer: Families are invited to visit Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, with free access to the Manor house with their Mini Makers ticket (Gallery entry booked separately), and discounted coffee and cake and free babyccino at Pitzhanger Pantry near the playground before or after their visit to Mini Makers.
