In this talk, curator, Maya Binkin, will explore Idris Khan & Annie Morris: When Loss Makes Melodies, elucidating the stories woven through this exhibition. She will explore how Khan and Morris’s art forms a parallel narrative with Sir John Soane’s life, revealing connections between contemporary artistic expression and the historic setting of Soane’s neo-classical architecture.
Maya Binkin, a contemporary art specialist and founder of The Art Pilgrim, has extensive experience in the international art scene, including roles at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Serpentine Galleries. Maya is known for her discerning insights and has curated exhibitions globally, contributing regularly to distinguished publications like The Art Newspaper and Forbes Magazine.
