Art Workshops: Pride of England

Join artist Matt Small in creating a collaborative artwork. Bring your unwanted football jerseys, shorts, socks, or other sports gear you no longer use. Paint, draw, write messages of support, or add your personal touch to your chosen sportswear item. Together, we’ll assemble the decorated pieces to form a community-created football-shaped sculpture.

This project builds on the success of Matt Small’s previous community art installations. Participants decorated footballs to create sculptures of lions, which are currently on display at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery until February 23rd.

Sports Day with Brentford FC Community Sports Trust

Staff and young leaders from Brentford FC Community Sports Trust will be running multi sports and games throughout the day on our grounds in Walpole Park. Drop in anytime from 11am-4pm before or after your art workshop!

Note

• Spaces are limited and operate on a first come, first serve basis, so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Please note that children attending the workshop must be supervised by their accompanying adults at all times.
• Each session will run for up to one hour.
