Walk in the footsteps of Sir John Soane and his family on an imaginative tour for families to explore our latest exhibitions; Alice Irwin: Chinwag and Sinta Tantra: The Lightclub of Batavia.

Go beyond just seeing these wonderful exhibitions. Participants will be guided through the Manor & Gallery by a member of our expert Learning team, engaging with the exhibitions in a unique and thoughtful way. Discover how the similarities of themes, ideas and processes explored by the artists and their exhibitions harmonise with the life and works of Sir John Soane.

This tour will bring the work alive with a different perspective, including:

• Delving into an exploration of personal themes, colour, shape, materials and form set within the building and echoed within the artists work
• Comparing the topical climate of London society now and over 200 years ago
• Providing children with a ‘Spotter’s Guide’ whilst they explore the Manor
