• You need a public Instagram account to join the campaign.
• AR filters require the latest version of Instagram.
• Pitzhanger will contact the winner via Instagram private message. The selected merchandise will then be available for pick up at Pitzhanger during opening hours.
• All participants submitting an entry for the campaign are deemed to allow Pitzhanger to use the Instagram story for promotional or commercial purposes.

Terms and Conditions

• Pitzhanger’s ‘Empathy’ AR filter Instagram campaign runs between 5 November 2022 and 29 November 2022 inclusive. Late entry will not be accepted
• Participants may use the Pitzhanger ‘Empathy’ AR filter during this period to share a story on a public Instagram account (“the story”).
• The story must tag @Pitzhanger;
• Each participant may share more than one story for consideration but can win a maximum of one (1) prize.
• By submitting an entry, each participant grants the organiser a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable licence to use and exploit the Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in the story (video or image). This licence shall provide the organiser with the right to edit, publish, print, use, adapt, translate, exploit, modify, include in a compilation, copy, disseminate, dispose of, load onto its server, broadcast and/or transmit each participant’s story (video or image) for advertising, promotional, display and/or publicity purposes, and to use the story (video or image) for all purposes without compensation, further permission or notification. Each participant also grants visitors to the organiser’s official social media platforms a non-exclusive licence to access the story, view, use, reproduce and distribute the video or image.
• By submitting an entry, each participant release, discharge, and hold harmless the organiser and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of action that one may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the story. Each participant also certify that they are either of legal age, or possess full legal capacity, to execute the foregoing authorisation and release.
• The organiser will collect and save all entries.
• The organiser will choose their favourite stories.
• The organiser will announce at least one (1) winning story on the @Pitzhanger Instagram account by the end of 8, 15, 22, and 29 November 2022.
• Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery and one item of the exhibition merchandise.
• Each ticket can admit one person, adult or child, to the Pitzhanger Manor and the ‘A Sense of Wonder’ exhibition at the Gallery.
• The organiser will select an item from the ‘A Sense of Wonder’ merchandise for the winner.
• The organiser will contact the winning participant’s Instagram account via Instagram messages to request the following:
• contact email address
• full name of the recipient
• Winning participants must provide the above information within seven (7) days of the organiser’s request. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
• The prizes will be available for pick up at the Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery front desk within five (5) working days of receiving the winners’ details.
• All unclaimed prizes by 12 February 2023 will be forfeited.
• The organiser is not responsible for any losses and damages suffered by participants as a result of voluntary participation in the campaign.
• The organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign without prior notice. The organiser will not accept any liability for the campaign or the prizes.
• The organiser will not accept liability for any problems due to computer, network and other technical issues that cause participants to lose their eligibility for submitting a story.
• Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery employees and their family members are barred from entering the campaign to ensure fairness.
• In case of dispute, all decisions made by Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery shall be final.
• All participants submitting a story for the campaign are deemed to have read and agreed to comply with and be bound by the corresponding Terms and Conditions.
• This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
