WORKSHOPS
Our school workshops are designed to provide a flexible framework for schools to interact with various elements of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, meaning there’s something new to see with each visit! Whether you want a workshop focused on the architectural elements of the manor, the artwork on display in the gallery, or the history of the manor and the surrounding area, including the life of Sir John Soane, there’s a workshop for you!
Intersections of Art & Architecture
Art & Design, Design & Technology, History
Explore the intersections of art and architecture, form and function, in this workshop that will have pupils designing and creating their own artworks and structures inspired by elements of Sir John Soane’s architecture at Pitzhanger Manor and the contemporary exhibition(s) on display in the Gallery.
Details
Workshops: £120 for groups of up to 30 and £82.50 for groups of 15 and fewer for non-fee-paying schools.
90-120 minutes in duration
Gallery Visits: free of charge
45-60 minutes in duration
