Alice Irwin: A Playful Exhibition at Pitzhanger

Alice Irwin’s Chinwag in the Pitzhanger Gallery, her first major public gallery showcase, is a captivating blend of multi-layered screenprints and sculptures that intersect art with social dialogue. Drawing from Sir John Soane’s sociable legacy, these pieces reflect on social norms through a creative lens.

Artist’s Talk — Alice Irwin & Thomas Marks discuss ‘Alice Irwin: Chinwag’

Join us for a glass of wine and a special late-night opening of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery’s new exhibition — Alice Irwin: Chinwag. Printmaker and Sculptor, Alice Irwin, will be in conversation with writer and art critic Thomas Marks about her work and her role as an artist

Sinta Tantra: Illuminating Soane’s Manor

In parallel display across Pitzhanger Manor, Sinta Tantra’s The Lightclub of Batavia merges contemporary art with historic architecture. Her geometric works in gold and Prussian blue create a sensory narrative, intertwining with Soane’s neo-classical elegance and personal stories from Ubud, Bali.
