These terms and conditions refer to online entry to our raffle.

1. The cost of each ticket entry into Pitzhanger Raffle is £25. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is four (4) per transaction. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation. The maximum combined value of Pitzhanger raffle entries you may purchase is £500 (20 tickets)

2. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.

3. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

4. Pitzhanger Raffle is open to all UK residents over the age of 16, except employees, trustees or members of the advisory committees of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery.

5. Participation in this raffle can be made through this website by online payment where entrants will be notified by email of their entry.

6. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.

7. Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery cannot accept CAF payments for raffle entries and all CAF payments will be treated as donations.

8. Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

9. Your receipt number, sent to you in the confirmation email, is your raffle ticket number. A winning raffle ticket will be drawn randomly.  The raffle is closing on 11.59pm 4th November and your raffle ticket number will be added into the randomised selection on 5th November. If you have purchased more than one raffle ticket, your number will be multiplied accordingly before being added into the selection. The winner will be announced on 6th November 2020. For any queries please get in touch at development@pitzhanger.org.uk 

10. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winners will be notified by email or telephone as soon as possible after the draw date. Please keep the email confirmation of your raffle entry as proof of purchase.

12. Any ticket entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered as a donation to Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery.

13. The winner is required to co-operate with Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

14. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.

15. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

16. The Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery is registered with the London Borough of Ealing to operate this raffle, licence number 20LIC19642SLR This licence is issued under the gambling Act 2005. Registered licence holder is: Rachel Page.

17. Any complaints relating to the raffle should be sent in writing to: Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery Mattock Lane, London W5 5EQ giving full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.

18. Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery decision in all matters relating to the Pitzhanger Raffle is final.
